O buna documentare inainte de comanda va oferi intodeauna mai multa siguranta cu privire la produsul/marimea care vi se potriveste cel mai bine. Pagina fiecarui produs contine un link catre “Ghidul Marimilor”. Accesati link-ul si urmati instructiunile prezentate acolo pentru a afla marimea exacta. De asemenea, accesand butonul “Galerie”, o sa gasiti o poza cu produsul in format marit cu mai multe masuratori (toc, inaltime, platforma). Daca nu gasiti intodeauna informatiile de care aveti nevoie, va rugam sa nu ezitati sa ne contactati.
Este posibil in cazul in care avem pe stoc material din culoarea dorita de dumneavoastra. Pentru detalii va rugam sa ne contactati.
Comanda se face prin intermediul unui “Cos de cumparaturi”. Selectati categoria si produsul dorit si apasati pe “Adauga in cos”. In urmatorul pas trebuie sa va faceti cont completand datele personale. Daca doriti sa va continuati cumparaturile puteti sa o faceti adaugand alte produse in cosul de cumparaturi. Dupa ce ati incheiat cu adaugarea produselor apasati pe butonul “Finalizeaza comanda” .

Exista 3 modalitati de plata: prin ramburs, prin card si prin transfer bancar. Plata ramburs se va efectua direct la curier in momentul primirii coletului. Pentru plata prin card cel mai bine este sa ne contactati inainte de comanda pentru a confirma ca produsul este in stoc sau ca poate fi produs.
Transportul este 19 lei pe colet, indiferent de cate produse se comanda sau gratis pentru comenzi peste 500 lei.
Comanda ajunge in maxim 48h din momentul expedierii daca produsul se afla pe stoc sau in 4-5 zile lucratoare daca produsul nu se afla pe stoc si va trebui dat in fabricatie.
Bineinteles, anuntandu-ne printr-un e-mail sau telefonic.
Sigur ca da, insa trebuie avute in vedere urmatoarele conditii: sa nu fie purtati, sa ii returnati in termen de 14 zile de la data primirii coletului. Pentru mai multe detalii vizitati sectiunea “Conditii de returnare”.
Cheltuielile sunt suportate de noi in cazul in care doriti sa schimbati produsele sau de dvs. in cazul in care doriti rambursarea banilor.
