How can I be sure that the product suits me?

Good pre-order documentation will always give you more security about the product / size that suits you best. The page of each product contains a link to the “Size Guide”. Access the link and follow the instructions presented there to find out the exact size. If you do not always find the information you need, please do not hesitate to contact us.

I want to order a model from the site, but in a different color than the ones presented. Is it possible?

It is possible if we have in stock material of the color you want. For details please contact us.

How do I order?

The order is made through a “shopping cart”. Select the desired category and product and click on “Add to cart”. Next, you have to create an account by filling in the personal data, after which you select the size, the desired color for the product and the quantity. If you want to continue shopping, you can do it by adding other products in the shopping cart. After you have finished adding the products, click on the “Place order” button.

How do I pay?

There are 2 payment methods: by card and by bank transfer. For payment by card it is best to contact us before ordering to confirm that the product is in stock or can be produced.

How much is the shipping?

The transport costs are calculated on the ‘shopping cart’ page, depending on your location and are fixed regardless of how many products you order.

How long does the order take?

The order arrives in maximum 48 hours from the moment of shipment if the product is in stock or in 4-5 working days if the product is not in stock and will have to be produced.

If I made a mistake, can I cancel or modify it?

Of course, notify us by e-mail or phone.

I don't like the product/ the product doesn't fit me, can I return it?

Of course, but the following conditions must be considered: thee product was not worn, you are returning it within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package. For more details visit the “Return Conditions” section.

Who pays for shipping for returned products?

The expenses are payed by you (for orders outside Romania).

How long does it take to get my money back?

Maximum 30 working days from the receipt of the returned package.
