WANT TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

We want every pair of slippers purchased from us to bring smiles and comfort! 💛 However, if the product does not suit you, you can return it simply and quickly.

Return conditions

• The product must be unworn, unused and in perfect condition, exactly as it was received;
• The original packaging (shoe box) and all labels must be kept intact;
• The return must be sent together with the invoice or a copy of it.

* After receiving and checking the returned product, we will refund the amount paid within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the confirmation of the return, to the bank account specified by you.

* The cost of return shipping is not covered by us, unless the product received is wrong or defective.
