How can I be sure that the product suits me?

Good documentation before ordering will always provide more certainty regarding the product/size that best suits you. Each product page contains a link to the “Size Guide”. Access the link and follow the instructions presented there to find out the exact size. Also, by accessing the “Gallery” button, you will find a picture of the product in enlarged format with several measurements (heel, height, platform). If you do not always find the information you need, please do not hesitate to contact us.

I want to order a model from the website, but in a different color than the ones shown. Is this possible?

It is possible if we have the material in the color you want in stock. For details, please contact us.

How do I order?

The order is made through a “Shopping Cart”. Select the category and the desired product and click on “Add to Cart”. In the next step you must create an account by filling in your personal data. If you wish to continue shopping you can do so by adding other products to the shopping cart. After you have finished adding products, click on the “Finalize order” button.

The order can also be made by phone at the numbers 0747-278.234 / 0752-007.937 or by sending an e-mail to contact@papucei.ro

How do I pay?

There are 3 payment methods: cash on delivery, card and bank transfer. Cash on delivery payment will be made directly to the courier upon receipt of the package. For card payment, it is best to contact us before ordering to confirm that the product is in stock or that it can be produced.

How much does transportation cost?

Shipping is 19 lei per package, regardless of how many products are ordered, or free for orders over 500 lei.

How long does it take for the order to arrive?

The order arrives within 48 hours from the time of shipment if the product is in stock or within 4-5 working days if the product is not in stock and will have to be put into production.

If I made a mistake in my order, can I cancel or change it?

Of course, by notifying us via email or phone.

I don't like the product/I don't like it, can I return it?

Of course, yes, but the following conditions must be taken into account: they must not be worn, they must be returned within 14 days of receiving the package. For more details, visit the “Return Conditions” section.

Cine plateste transportul pentru produsele returnate?

The costs are borne by us if you want to exchange the products or by you if you want a refund.

How long does it take to get my money back?

Maximum 30 working days from the moment of receipt of the returned package.
